007 James Bond - Cocktail to Black-Tie Optional Attire

Schedule of Events:

5:30pm - Complimentary glass of Prosecco or sparkling water, silent auction, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, Homestead High School Jazz Band, 50/50 raffle, and wine & spirit pull
7:00pm - Plated dinner, program, Fund-a-Grant paddle raise, dessert
8:30pm - Photo booth, DJ, and dancing

Salad:

Roasted Beet Salad - GF, VG
- Arugula with roasted beets and parsley, ribbons of celery, soft goat cheese, and spiced Pepitas
- Side of honey shallot sumac dressing

Choice of:

Dijon and fried shallot-crusted Greenland halibut with lemon beurre blanc - GF
7oz. rosemary filet of beef with classic red wine demi - GF
Grilled Center Cut of Beef Filet Marinated in Rosemary Olive Oil, and Seared Medium Rare
Roasted acorn squash with lentil caponata - GF, V
Eggplant, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, garlic, onion, golden raisins, and Pepitas with sweet and sour flavors

All entrees served with:

Potato Anna - VG
Layers of potato, parmesan cheese, garlic, and butter cut into a cylinder and roasted
Grilled broccoli rabe with smoked Maldon salt and fresh cracked black pepper - GF, V

Dessert:

Petite carrot cake - GF

MTSD Parents - Want to go to the MTEF Tartan Bash through your company?
Many corporations make contributions in the community, underwriting tables and sponsorships at charity events for their employees. Further, many employers also match donations from their employees to worthy community causes. Consider reaching out to your company's HR and/or corporate communications and relations teams to see if your employer will purchase a table at the 2025 MTEF Tartan Bash to host your friends and/or loved ones and promote your wonderful employer at the same time! Or, consider purchasing half the table and have your employer match your donation (and purchase the other half of the table)!
