- 5:30pm - Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, themed entertainment, tarot card readings, Homestead High School Jazz Band, silent auction, raffles
- 7:00pm - Plated dinner, program, Fund-a-Grant paddle raise, dessert
- 8:00pm - Live music by Joe Wray, dancing, tarot card readings, winners of raffle and silent auction announced
